While this is an improvement from the highs of 2022, it is far from the zero inflation rate that Trump described. Inflation continues to affect the cost of goods and services across the board, from food and gas to housing and healthcare.Trump’s claim that inflation is non-existent or even as low as 2% is misleading at best and harmful at worst, as it downplays the real economic pressures that continue to affect American families.
